An authority weighs every visitor by two questions: why are they travelling, and will they return? We prepare files for business and investment travel, where both answers can be shown on paper and checked. We are not a travel agency, and we are not a government body.
What Valoris does for you
We are not a visa office and we don't issue visas. We make your own application as complete and checkable as it can be.
1 · We evidence your return record
We present only travellers whose passport evidences prior international travel with matching exit stamps. It is the one thing an officer can check directly, in the passport attached to your file.
2 · We verify you
Your identity, your registered business documents and your bank letter or statement are read by the bureau and dated on the file — with a manual name check against the free, publicly published consolidated sanctions lists, also recorded with its date.
3 · We answer for the file in writing
A signed undertaking goes to the authority with your file: we keep the complete record, verify your return, report a failure immediately and unprompted, and stop presenting files the moment anyone defaults.

Verified Traveller Profile
Identity, registered business and financial standing — each document read by the bureau and recorded with the date it was read.
Return Assurance Statement
The traveller's documented record of prior international travel with matching exit stamps, on one page for the officer.
Letter of Undertaking
Signed by the bureau and addressed to the authority: retain the record, verify the return, report a failure unprompted, self-suspend on a single default.
Authority Cover Letter
The presentation note to the visa section, listing exactly what is enclosed and what is being asked.

You apply and send your documents
Passport, bank letter or statement, commercial registration, invitation and travel plan — and the passport pages carrying your prior travel — through our secure form. If your passport does not yet show prior travel with matching exit stamps, we will tell you so before you have spent anything.
We read your documents and your return record
Your identity, your business documents and your bank letter or statement are read by the bureau and dated on the file. We record the prior international trips in your passport that carry matching exit stamps — the evidence the officer can check directly.
We prepare and present your file
A complete file — Verified Traveller Profile, Return Assurance Statement, our Letter of Undertaking and an Authority Cover Letter — accompanies your visa application.
You travel and return — we record it
We verify your return and record it on the file. That documented return becomes part of your record for the next file you make.
Fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins, cover the bureau's own work, and are not contingent on the authority's decision. Our handling time is agreed with you in advance; the authority's decision time is separate and outside our control. Full answers in the FAQ →
