Every document on a Valoris file has been read by the bureau at source and recorded with the date it was read. This page sets out exactly what that means — and exactly what it does not.
The verification protocol
Each check below leaves a dated entry on the file. An authority holding one of our references can see which of them were made, and when.
Identity
The passport and the government identity document are read by the bureau at source and recorded on the file with the date they were read, against the details the applicant has given.
Registered business
The commercial registration or trade licence, and the document evidencing the principal's role in the company, are read at source and recorded on the file.
Financial standing
Means are evidenced by a bank letter or statement read by the bureau and recorded on the file — never accepted on the applicant's word alone. We do not contact your bank, and no figure is ever published.
Return history, home ties & intent
The passport's prior international travel and its matching exit stamps are read and recorded — the evidence an officer can check for himself — alongside employment, property, family and the genuine business purpose of travel.
Sanctions name check
A manual name check against the free, publicly published consolidated sanctions lists, recorded on the file with its date.
What we check — and what we cannot
A bureau that overstates its own capability is worth less to an officer than one that states it exactly. Both columns below are published so that neither has to be guessed at.

Data protection
Personal and financial data is collected on explicit consent, stored securely, used solely for the stated mobility purpose, and retained only as long as required. The full basis, your rights and our retention periods are set out in the Privacy Notice.
Authority primacy
The competent immigration authority holds sole decision-making power, may refuse without giving reasons, and may reject any individual we present. Valoris supports, never substitutes, that authority.
