A note to the reviewing officer

We never ask you to approve. We make it checkable.

Valoris Global exists to put the evidence behind an application in front of you before you have to decide on it — and to leave every decision in your hands.

You are not paid to facilitate travel. You are accountable for who enters — and for what happens after. A request from a foreign agency to "facilitate a group" gives you an unverifiable assurance and nothing you can check. Valoris Global is built the opposite way: the documents are read at source before the file reaches you, the traveller's own passport carries the return record, and an identifiable company signs an undertaking about what happens next. You retain absolute discretion over every individual.

Each file is read at source, evidenced by the traveller's own return record, and accompanied by a written undertaking — presented one file at a time, for your individual decision.
Your concerns, answered on the record

The risk ledger

Your concernWhat Valoris Global places on the file
Will this person overstay? The passport attached to the file already evidences prior international travel with matching exit stamps — evidence you can check yourself, without taking our word for it. With it comes our written undertaking to verify the return and to report any failure to you immediately and unprompted, alongside documented employment, business ownership, property and family ties in the home country.
Are the supporting documents genuine?Financial standing is evidenced by a bank letter or statement read by the bureau at source; the business is evidenced by its registration documents, read the same way. Each is recorded on the file with the date it was read. Nothing is accepted on the applicant's word alone.
Is this a security risk?Identity and business documents are read at source and submitted in advance, with a manual name check against the free, publicly published consolidated sanctions lists, recorded on the file with its date. We hold no access to police, intelligence or Interpol sources and claim none — and you may reject any individual without explanation.
Is this extra work for my division? No. The preparation is ours. You receive a complete, indexed file and simply verify and decide — less work, not more.
If something goes wrong, who answers? An identifiable company on the England & Wales public register — No. 08084039, since 2012 — bound in writing by the undertaking above. A real, contactable party, not an unreachable foreign sender.
Am I losing control of the decision?Never. Valoris Global requests no blanket approvals. Each file is individual; the veto on every person is entirely yours.
What the file gives you

Three things, and you can check all three

The evidence in the passport

We present only travellers whose passport evidences prior international travel with matching exit stamps — the one part of the file you can verify yourself, in the document already in front of you.

The undertaking that comes with it

With every file comes our signed undertaking: we retain the record of every person we present and produce it on request; we verify each return and report a failure to you immediately and unprompted; we cooperate in locating anyone who does not; and we suspend further files the moment one person defaults.

You keep the veto

Valoris is a preparation and accountability layer — never a decision-maker. You may approve, refuse, interview or request more on any individual, and you need give no reason. We request no blanket approvals. Our role ends where your authority begins.

One decision already on the record

The precedent

Saint Lucia Immigration issued provisional entry visa approval No. MEC457/2026MO on 26 June 2026 for a file this bureau prepared, and that traveller has since travelled.

That is the whole of it. This bureau publishes no other authority decision, because it holds no other. What the sentence above is not: it is not a visa — the document says so itself, in bold — and it is not a statement about any Government's internal systems, of which we know nothing.

See how this record is kept

Publication of the redacted approval document itself awaits the Director's decision and the traveller's consent. Until both are given, the reference above stands on its own and any authority may put it to Saint Lucia Immigration directly.
