Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Valoris Global is a private mobility-assurance bureau. It provides verification, return-guarantee and accountability services in support of an applicant's travel. It is not a government body, a law firm, or an immigration adviser.

2. No guarantee of admission

The bureau issues no visa and guarantees no admission decision. Every decision to admit, refuse or condition entry rests solely with the competent immigration authority. References to a "guarantee" mean the financial return bond, not any outcome of an application.

3. Your obligations

• All information and documents you provide must be true, accurate and your own.
• Any fabricated or misrepresented document terminates your file immediately and without refund.
• You authorise verification of your identity, business and financial standing at source.

4. The return bond

A refundable bond is held by an independent escrow agent. It is returned in full on verified, on-time departure, and forfeited on any overstay or breach of the conditions of admission, in which case the event is reported to the authority.

5. Fees

Service fees are agreed before a file proceeds and are separate from the refundable bond.

6. Limitation of liability

The bureau's liability is limited to the proper performance of its verification and guarantee obligations. It is not liable for the decisions of any authority.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
