Terms of Service

The basis on which Visa and Relocation Services Limited provides its services.

Version 3.0 · Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with Visa and Relocation Services Limited, trading as Valoris Global, registered in England & Wales under number 08084039, registered office Manor House, 38 High Street South, Stewkley, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 0HR, United Kingdom. Contact: office@valorisglobal.uk.

2. Nature of the service

Valoris Global is a private mobility bureau. It verifies an applicant's identity, business and financial standing, prepares a complete and consistent file, and presents it in support of that applicant's own application. It is not a government body, a law firm, or a regulated immigration adviser, and it does not give legal advice.

3. No guarantee of admission

The bureau issues no visa and guarantees no outcome. Every decision to grant, refuse or condition a visa or entry rests solely with the competent immigration authority, which may refuse without giving reasons. Any reference to "assurance" on this site means the evidence the bureau places on the file and the written undertaking described in clause 5 — it never means a guaranteed decision. Fees are payable for the work done, whatever the authority decides.

4. Your obligations

  • All information and documents you provide must be true, accurate, complete and your own.
  • Any fabricated or misrepresented document terminates your file immediately, and you accept that we must decline to present it. Clause 7 governs any refund in that event.
  • You authorise verification of your identity, business and financial standing at source.
  • You will respond to requests for further documents promptly, since authorities impose their own deadlines.

5. Return assurance — the written undertaking

With every file the bureau gives the receiving authority a signed undertaking that it will: retain the complete record of every person it presents and produce that record on request; verify each traveller's return and report a failure to return immediately and unprompted; cooperate fully in locating any person who does not return; and suspend the presentation of further files on its own initiative the moment one person defaults. It is an undertaking of conduct and accountability, given by an identifiable company on the public register of England & Wales under number 08084039.

Alongside the undertaking, the bureau presents the traveller's own documented record of prior international travel with matching exit stamps. The bureau presents no file that lacks it.

The bureau operates no financial guarantee of any kind. It holds no client money, and nothing on this site is an offer to receive or hold client money. Fees for the bureau's own work, governed by clause 6, are the only sums it collects.

6. Fees

Service fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins, and are the only sums the bureau collects. Fees cover the bureau's work — verification, preparation and presentation — and are not contingent on the authority's decision. Third-party costs (authority fees, translation, notarisation, insurance, courier) are additional and are shown to you before they are incurred.

7. Cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights

Consumer cancellation right. If you are a consumer contracting at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, write to office@valorisglobal.uk — a clear statement is enough.

  • If you ask us to begin work during the 14-day period and then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for the work already done; the balance is refunded.
  • If work has not begun, you receive a full refund within 14 days of your notice.
  • After the 14-day period, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; any unearned portion and any unincurred third-party costs are refunded.
  • If we decline or terminate your file under clause 4 because a document is fabricated or misrepresented, fees for work already performed are not refunded.
  • If we are unable to proceed for a reason attributable to us, you receive a full refund.

Refunds are made by the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, write to office@valorisglobal.uk marking your message "Complaint". We acknowledge within 5 business days and give a substantive written reply within 20 business days. Complaints are handled by the director, Christopher John Mills. If you remain dissatisfied you retain all your legal rights, and for data-protection matters you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (see our Privacy Notice).

9. Limitation of liability

The bureau's liability is limited to the proper performance of the services described in clause 2, and, save where the law does not permit limitation, is capped at the fees you have paid for the affected file. We are not liable for the decisions of any authority, for third-party delays, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where the law so provides.
