What you receive
The one thing that decides whether we can help
Your passport must already show prior international travel with matching exit stamps — the entry and the exit both visible, so an officer can see for himself that you went and that you came back.
It is the whole of our answer to the officer's only real question, and we have no substitute for it. If your passport does not yet carry that record, we will tell you so plainly and before you have spent anything, rather than take a file we know will fail. Where we can suggest a legitimate way to begin building that record, we will.
Seven items, all of them genuine
Everything below is read at source — so it must be authentic. A single fabricated document ends the file.

Valid passport
At least 6 months' validity and two blank pages. A clear scan of the bio page.

Registered business
Your commercial registration or trade licence. We read it at source and record it on the file with the date it was read.

Bank letter or statement
A letter or statement from your bank, read by the bureau. We do not contact your bank, and figures are never published — only recorded on the file.

Proof of your role
Evidence that you own or direct the business (e.g. incorporation documents).

Purpose of travel
What you are travelling to do — meetings, a project, a fair, an investment you are assessing.

Passport photograph
A recent passport-standard photo.

The passport pages showing your prior international travel. The exit stamps are what matter: they are the proof that you left. This is the strongest single item in your file.
