What you receive
The one thing that decides whether we can help
Your passport must already show prior international travel with matching exit stamps — the entry and the exit both visible, so an officer can see for themselves that you went and that you came back.
It is the whole of our answer to the officer's only real question, and we have no substitute for it. If your passport does not yet carry that record, we will tell you so plainly and before you have spent anything, rather than take a file we know will fail. Where we can suggest a legitimate way to begin building that record, we will.
Seven items, all of them genuine
The bureau reads every item below in the original and records the date — so each must be authentic. A single fabricated document ends the file.

Valid passport
At least 6 months' validity and two blank pages. A clear scan of the bio page.

Registered business
Your commercial registration or trade licence. We read the original and record it on the file with the date it was read.

Bank letter or statement
A letter or statement from your bank, read by the bureau. We do not contact your bank, and figures are never published — only recorded on the file.

Proof of your role
Evidence that you own or direct the business (e.g. incorporation documents).

Purpose of travel
What you are travelling to do — meetings, a project, a fair, an investment you are assessing — and any invitation from your host.

Passport photograph
A recent passport-standard photo.

Your travel history
The passport pages showing your prior international travel. The exit stamps are what matter: they are the proof that you left. This is the strongest single item in your file.

What we do not promise
A file is only as strong as what can be checked in it. These are the things no fee buys from this bureau.
Four stages — the same four recorded on your file
These are the stages you will see when you check your file's status. Nothing is marked complete until it has actually happened on your file.
Received
You apply through the secure form and send your documents, including the passport pages that show your prior travel. We read that travel record first; if your file cannot proceed, we say so at this stage.
Verified
We read each document in the original and date it, record a manual name check against the published consolidated sanctions lists, and prepare your Verified Profile and Return Assurance Statement.
Presented
Your complete file, with our Letter of Undertaking and an Authority Cover Letter, is presented in support of your own application. The authority decides.
Returned
You travel and come back. We verify your return and record it on the file. It becomes part of your record for any later file; it does not decide one.
