Frequently asked questions
For travellers and for authorities.
For travellers
Is this a visa?
No. Valoris Global does not issue visas and cannot promise admission. We verify your standing, evidence your record of returning, and present your file properly — the authority decides, and it may refuse without giving reasons.
How do you answer the officer's fear that I will overstay?
With evidence, not money. We present only travellers whose passport evidences prior international travel with matching exit stamps — something the officer can check for himself in the passport attached to your file. Alongside it goes our signed undertaking to verify your return and to report immediately if you do not return. If your passport does not yet carry that record, we will tell you so plainly rather than present a file that will fail.
What would stop you taking my file?
Four things, and we will say so before you spend anything:
- No return record. Your passport shows no prior international travel with matching exit stamps. This is the single most common reason, and we have no substitute for it.
- A document that is not genuine. One fabricated or altered document ends the file immediately — no exceptions, no second attempt.
- The wrong profile. Pure leisure tourism is the weakest case at any border and not what this bureau presents.
- A name that appears on a published sanctions list. Our manual check against the free, publicly published consolidated lists is recorded on the file with its date, and a match stops the file there.
We would rather lose a file than present one we do not believe in — a single weak file costs the standing every other traveller on our books depends on.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Valoris is a paid professional service. Fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins, they cover the bureau's own work, and they are not contingent on the authority's decision. Clauses 6 and 7 of the Terms set out exactly what is refundable and when. Figures are given in your written quotation, not published here, because each file is scoped individually.
On time, there are two clocks and only one of them is ours. The bureau's own handling — reading your documents at source, evidencing the travel record, and preparing the file — runs to a stated service tier agreed with you in advance. The authority's decision time is entirely separate, outside our control, and we will never quote it as if it were ours.
Who qualifies?
Genuine business owners, directors and investors travelling for real economic purpose, plus hospital-sponsored medical travellers and admitted students. Pure leisure tourism is not what we present.
Do my documents have to be genuine?
Absolutely. Every document is read at source. A single fabricated document ends the file. Authenticity is the entire basis of the bureau.
How do I track my file?
Use Check file status with your reference and the email address on your file.
For authorities
What are you asking us to do?
Nothing but verify and decide. We never request blanket approval or any exception. Each file is individual and your veto is absolute — you may reject any person we present, without explanation.
What stands behind a traveller's return?
Four things, and you can check all four:
- The passport evidence. We present only travellers whose passport shows prior international travel with matching exit stamps — visible to you in the document already in front of you.
- A signed undertaking. We retain the complete record of every person we present and produce it on request; verify each traveller's return; report a failure immediately and unprompted; cooperate fully in locating anyone who does not return; and suspend the presentation of further files on our own initiative the moment one person defaults.
- An identifiable legal person answerable for that undertaking — a England & Wales company, No. 08084039, on the public register since 2012.
- A precedent. Saint Lucia Immigration issued provisional entry visa approval No. MEC457/2026MO on 26 June 2026 for a file this bureau prepared, and that traveller has since travelled. It is not a visa — the document states that itself, in bold — and it is not a statement about any Government's internal systems. It is the only authority decision this bureau holds; the whole of it is set out on our Track Record.
We operate no financial instrument and hold no client money.
Can we check a document you issued?
Yes — enter its reference at Verify a document. The result tells you which checks were made on that file and the date each was recorded. Where a check has not been made, it says so.
Who is accountable if something goes wrong?
Visa and Relocation Services Limited, trading as Valoris Global — a company on the England & Wales public register under number 08084039 since 2012, bound in writing by the undertaking that accompanies every file. A real, contactable party, not an unreachable foreign sender.
What can you not check?
We perform no biometric face-match, hold no registry or bank interface, validate no machine-readable-zone check digits, and screen no adverse-media or Interpol source. Our screening is a manual name check against the free, publicly published consolidated sanctions lists, recorded on the file with its date. The full list of what we do and do not do is published at Verification.
Can we agree a standing protocol?
Yes. We welcome a Memorandum of Cooperation defining verification, evidence and reporting standards in advance. Write to office@valorisglobal.uk.
